2 cups salsa

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Rinse and pat dry the cod fillets. Place them in a lightly greased baking dish. Top with salsa and season with parsley, salt, and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Serve hot with a side of rice.
