2 pounds boneless round steak

1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

¾ cup water

1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
Cooking Instructions

Layer the potatoes, carrots, and onion in the slow cooker. Cut the steak into 6 even portions and place them on top of the vegetables.

In a bowl, mix together the condensed soup, water, and onion soup mix. Pour this mixture over the steak.
