Spaghetti Tacos

Ingredients
-
1 (16 ounce) package angel hair pasta
-
1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
-
12 crisp taco shells
-
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
-
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the angel hair pasta, stirring occasionally, until tender but still firm, about 4 to 5 minutes. Drain the pasta well.
-
Return the pasta to the pot and add the spaghetti sauce. Stir until well combined and heated through.
-
Arrange taco shells on a microwave-safe plate, fanning them out so the edges slightly overlap. Microwave on high until warm and crispy, about 30 to 45 seconds.
-
Spoon the pasta mixture into the warm taco shells. Top each taco with about 1 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese.
