1 tablespoon chili sauce

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

8 (4 ounce) (1-inch thick) center-cut pork chops

Instructions

In a large resealable bag, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, chili sauce, and garlic powder. Add the pork chops, seal the bag, and refrigerate for 6 to 12 hours, flipping the bag halfway through.

Preheat the grill to high heat.

Lightly grease the grill grate. Place the marinated pork chops on the grate and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
