Spinach & Feta Turkey Burgers

1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

4 ounces feta cheese

2 large eggs, beaten

2 cloves garlic, minced
Cooking Instructions
Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly grease the grate.
Combine the turkey, spinach, feta, eggs, and garlic in a large mixing bowl and stir until fully incorporated. Shape the mixture into 8 evenly sized patties.
Grill the patties on both sides until they are no longer pink in the center, which should take about 15 to 20 minutes. The internal temperature should reach at least 165°F (74°C) when measured with an instant-read thermometer.
