Stuffed Calzone

3 cups bread flour

1 teaspoon dry milk powder

2 teaspoons active dry yeast

¾ cup pizza sauce

4 ounces pepperoni sausage, chopped

1 ¼ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
Add water, salt, bread flour, dry milk, sugar, and yeast to the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Choose the Dough cycle setting.
Once the dough cycle completes, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface, shaping it into a 16x10-inch rectangle. Carefully transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine chopped pepperoni and mozzarella. Spread pizza sauce lengthwise down the center of the dough, then top with the pepperoni and cheese mixture. Make diagonal cuts 1 1/2 inches apart along both sides, leaving a 1/2-inch border from the filling. Cross the dough strips over the filling, sealing the edges with water. Brush the top with melted butter.
Bake the calzone in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.
