Super Simple Pineapple Chicken Skewers

1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained

½ pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch cubes

½ onion, cut into 1-inch cubes

¼ cup barbecue sauce, or as needed

6 skewers
Instructions
Heat up an outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly coat the grill grate with oil.
Alternate threading bell peppers, pineapple chunks, chicken pieces, and onions onto skewers; then coat with barbecue sauce.
Grill on the preheated barbecue, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides and the chicken is fully cooked through, about 7 to 10 minutes per side.
