Cooking Instructions
Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the stewed tomatoes, macaroni, onion, garlic, chili powder, and paprika. Mix everything together thoroughly. Add the tomato paste and continue simmering, adding water if the mixture becomes too thick. Cook until the macaroni is tender, about 20 minutes.
