Supreme Pork Chops

4 (1 1/4 inch) thick pork chops

4 slices onion

4 slices lemon

¼ cup packed brown sugar

¼ cup ketchup
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Arrange the pork chops in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place a slice of onion and a slice of lemon on each chop. Add a tablespoon of brown sugar and a tablespoon of ketchup to the top of each chop.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C), basting occasionally with the juices from the pan.
