Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard, poppy seeds, pepper, salt, and hot sauce until the sugar has fully dissolved.

In a large salad bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots. Pour the vinaigrette over the mixture and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
