Sweet and Savory Glazed Tofu Meatloaf

2 pounds ground turkey

½ cup dry bread crumbs

1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix

¼ cup minced green bell pepper

2 eggs, beaten

¼ cup brown sugar

¼ cup soy sauce

1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch square baking dish.

In a bowl, combine tofu, turkey, breadcrumbs, soup mix, chopped green pepper, and eggs. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, shaping it into a loaf.

In a small saucepan, heat and mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, and mustard over low heat.

Bake the meatloaf for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Drizzle with the sauce and continue baking for another 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 180°F (80°C).
