Sweet and Savory Grilled Cheese

2 teaspoons brown sugar

2 teaspoons softened butter
Instructions

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Butter one side of a slice of bread and place it butter-side down in the skillet. Add a slice of cheese, then sprinkle with a touch of brown sugar. Place another slice of cheese on top, then butter the other slice of bread. Put the buttered side up and press the sandwich together. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
