Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
Place the wings on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they don't overlap; sprinkle with salt.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until the wings are golden and crispy. Flip the wings using tongs and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the meat is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Add the wings and toss to coat evenly with the sauce. Let the wings sit for about five minutes, then toss again to re-coat before serving.
