Tender Slow Cooker Chicken Recipe
Ingredients Needed

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

6 ounces Italian salad dressing

⅔ cup sour cream
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
¼ cup all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons malt vinegar (Optional)

1 (8 ounce) package angel hair pasta
Instructions

Combine sea salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a bowl. Coat chicken breasts with the seasoning blend and place them in the slow cooker.

Mix cream of mushroom soup, Italian dressing, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, flour, and vinegar together in a bowl. Pour this mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.

Cook on Low for 6 hours.

Shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add angel hair pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 4-5 minutes. Drain the pasta.

Serve the shredded chicken over the angel hair pasta.
Chef’s Tips
I used malt vinegar instead of wine when I ran out last time, and everyone agreed it was the best version yet, so I made it a permanent change in the recipe. However, if you prefer, white wine can be swapped for the malt vinegar.
You can also use cream of chicken soup in place of the cream of mushroom if you prefer.
I don’t measure the spices exactly, so 1 teaspoon for each is just an approximation.
