Teriyaki Grilled Tuna

2 tablespoons light soy sauce

1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine

1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root

1 large clove garlic, minced

4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks (about 3/4 inch thick)

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions

Mix together soy sauce, rice wine, ginger, and garlic in a shallow dish. Add the tuna steaks, turning them to coat evenly. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the tuna from the marinade and discard the excess liquid. Lightly brush both sides of the tuna steaks with oil.

Grill the tuna steaks on the preheated grill for 3 to 6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through.
