Cooking Instructions

In a large glass or ceramic bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Use a fork to pierce the steaks several times. Add the steaks to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
