The Perfect Pumpkin Bread

3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 7x3-inch loaf pans.

In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, water, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, and ginger. Sift the dry ingredients over the pumpkin mixture and gently fold them together with a spatula until just incorporated. Pour the batter into the prepared pans.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
