1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme

1 cup fresh cranberries

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.

Arrange the Brussels sprouts evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes. Add cranberries and continue roasting for another 10 minutes.

Transfer the sprouts and cranberries to a serving dish and drizzle with maple syrup. Toss to combine.
