Instructions

Heat a skillet over medium heat and scramble the eggs until they are nearly cooked through. Transfer them to a plate.

In the same skillet, add the tomatoes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then, add sugar, salt, and soy sauce. Return the scrambled eggs to the skillet and stir for another minute or so until everything is well combined and heated through.
