Walking Tacos

1 pound lean ground beef

3/4 cup water

1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

4 (2.5 ounce) packages corn chips

2 cups shredded lettuce

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 chopped fresh tomato

½ cup sour cream

⅓ cup salsa
Cooking Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks, for about 7 to 10 minutes. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the water and taco seasoning, bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Carefully crush the corn chips inside the sealed bags. Cut a small notch in both the top and bottom corners of each bag, then slice open the side. Layer the beef, lettuce, Cheddar cheese, tomato, sour cream, and salsa evenly over the crushed chips. Serve directly in the bag and enjoy with a fork.
