Zesty Grilled Pork Chops

¼ cup ketchup

¼ cup apple juice

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon hot sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot ®)

½ teaspoon kosher salt

6 pork chops
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, combine ketchup, apple juice, olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, chili powder, hot sauce, and kosher salt; pour the marinade into a resealable plastic bag. Add the pork chops, seal the bag, and let them marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly grease the grill grate.

Take the pork chops out of the marinade and place them on the grill. Discard the marinade. Grill the pork chops for 5 to 10 minutes per side, or until the center is no longer pink and an instant-read thermometer registers at least 145°F (65°C).
