The cost of the Park Hyatt’s newly unveiled Manhattan Sky Suite is as extraordinary as its position on the 59th floor.

This expansive three-bedroom suite, revealed on Wednesday, spans 4,200 square feet atop the One57 luxury tower on the 59th floor.

The suite includes three and a half bathrooms (featuring soaking tubs and walk-in rain showers), a private elevator, a 10-person dining room, a cozy breakfast nook, and a gourmet kitchen outfitted with Miele’s top-tier appliances.

In the Grand Salon, towering windows offer a stunning view of Central Park, with the vibrant colors of autumn foliage in full display. A glass-encased fireplace adds warmth and charm to the captivating scene.

The suite's sleek, modern interiors, designed by Jeffrey Beers International, feature original pieces by renowned artists such as James Nares and Andisheh Avini.
