Imagine what Dolly Parton’s rooftop might have looked like in 1980?

White Limozeen, a retro-glam bar and eatery on the rooftop of Nashville’s Graduate Hotel, brings that vision to life with bold pink walls, a stunning onyx bar, sparkling chandeliers, and even a giant pink chicken-wire sculpture of Dolly herself.

This freshly launched, indoor-outdoor venue, named after one of Parton’s iconic songs and albums, captures the glittering essence of the Graduate Hotel’s 12-story Midtown location, conceived by Graduate Hotels CEO Ben Weprin, who dreamed up the Dolly-themed concept.

Where high fashion meets Southern charm.

Ben Weprin explains, "Each hotel has its own character. Here, it’s a country girl who makes it big in the city." For those wanting to dive deeper into the experience, guests can book the '9 to 5' suite, complete with a waterbed.

White Limozeen strives to be a stylish yet inviting spot for Nashville visitors, especially those from nearby Vanderbilt University.

Vintage fabric daybeds, floral chaise lounges, and a wading pool set the stage for a nostalgic cocktail party atmosphere. Mixologist Demi Natoli of Nashville's Patterson House serves up creative drinks like Frozen Aperol Spritz, Champagne Jell-O shots, and the rose-hued Queen of the Rodeo. The selection also includes a variety of sparkling American and French natural wines.

Delectable dining options

The menu at White Limozeen, crafted by hospitality experts Marc Rose and Med Abrous alongside chef Chris Lewallen (known for Nashville spots like Bastion, Nicky’s Coal Fired, and Henley), offers a playful twist on French-inspired Southern classics, featuring dishes like trout fritters with almondine dip, white bread burgers, chicken liver pie in a pumpernickel crust, biscuits with caviar, and mussels steamed in Nashville hot butter.

While the atmosphere is lively and nostalgic, the bar and hotel take guest safety seriously, ensuring up-to-date Covid-19 protocols, including social distancing measures.

Dolly isn’t the only star featured at White Limozeen – a life-sized portrait of country legend Eric Church taking a shot of Jack Daniels on stage has become a popular photo spot – though Dolly’s warm, inclusive spirit remains the heart of the place.

Dolly hasn’t visited yet, but Weprin says, "We’d love to have her! I hope she stops by soon!"
