Can I visit Hong Kong Disneyland on the date I selected when purchasing through Mytour?

Absolutely! You can visit Hong Kong Disneyland before the date indicated on your e-ticket. Just follow the steps outlined below:

Select 'Manage or Link Reservation', then click 'Next'

3. Log in using your active email or mobile number

4. Input the PIN Code sent to your email or mobile number, then click 'Submit'

5. Select 'Link Reservation from eTicket'

6. Fill in the Confirmation Number with the code found on your e-ticket, near the QR code. Then, enter the Billing Reference Number listed on your e-ticket into the Ticket Reference Number field on the website. Finally, click 'Search and Link'

7. Click 'View this Reservation' under the Available tab

8. Click 'Cancel the Reservation', then hit 'Back'—this won't cancel your booking, and you'll be able to select your preferred visit date afterward. If you have multiple tickets, repeat this process for each one.

9. Click 'Reserve Park Visit'

10. Select 'Park Ticket (1-Day, 2-Day)', re-enter the Ticket Reference Number along with the Billing Reference Number found near the QR code, and then click 'Next'

11. Enter your name (optional), then continue clicking 'Next' until you can select your preferred visit date. You can choose a date based on the Tier of your e-ticket, which is indicated above the Reserved Park Visit Date on your ticket.

12. If you have multiple tickets, click 'Add Guest' and select a preferred visit date for each one. Make sure to add guests corresponding to the number of tickets you hold. After choosing the visit dates, click 'Next'

13. Select your desired visit date based on your e-ticket Tier, then click 'Next'

14. Review your reservation and check the box if you have any infants accompanying you into the park. Once you’ve confirmed all details are accurate, click 'Confirm'

15. Your reservation is complete! To view your new visit date, click 'View Your Reservation'

Can I select any new preferred visit date?

You can reserve a new preferred visit date based on the Tier specified on your e-ticket. This information is located below the Reserved Park Visit Date, to the left of the QR code.

When can I make the reservation?

You can make a reservation as soon as you receive this e-ticket. We highly recommend doing it promptly to avoid any potential issues that may arise from delays.

How can I tell if my reservation was successful?

Once your reservation is successfully processed, you'll receive a notification confirming your new preferred visit date, which will be automatically updated in the system.

Will I receive a new e-ticket after completing my reservation?

No, your e-ticket will remain unchanged, but the preferred visit date will be updated in the system, allowing you to use your existing e-ticket to enter the park.

If I purchase a package of 2 tickets, how many reservations do I need to make?

For multiple tickets, you'll need to reserve a preferred visit date for each individual. Just add each guest and choose their respective visit date.

Is there a deadline for making a reservation?

We suggest reserving your preferred visit date as soon as you purchase through Mytour. You can still reserve as long as there's availability for that date.

Is it possible to add a guest?

Yes, if you have purchased multiple tickets, the number of guests must match the tickets bought on Mytour. For additional guests, you'll need to buy new tickets.

What is the procedure to enter the park?

Simply show the complete e-ticket on your mobile device. Alternatively, you can print it out and bring it to the main entrance. Be sure not to alter or modify the e-ticket, as this will prevent entry.
