Marriott promotion: Sign up to receive up to 6,000 bonus points for every two-night stay
Enjoy a second night of rewards at Marriott hotels this fall. With the latest offer from Marriott Bonvoy, members can earn either 2,000 or 4,000 bonus points per two-night stay, based on the brand, with no cap on the total points you can accumulate. Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming Earn 2 Ways promotion.
Collect bonus points with Marriott's fall 2024 offer
TWELVE DOWNTOWN, AUTOGRAPH COLLECTION/MARROTT.COMTo benefit from this promotion, make sure to register by visiting this link and logging into your Marriott Bonvoy account by November 12. Complete your eligible stays between September 10 and November 26 to earn 2,000 bonus points for each qualifying two-night stay at participating locations. Additionally, earn another 2,000 bonus points for stays of two or more nights at MGM Collection hotels.
As expected, only paid stays are eligible for this promotion. Reward stays, including points redemptions, Cash + Points reservations, and free night awards, do not qualify for bonus points. The same applies to stays booked through most third-party online retailers and online travel agencies. To earn bonus points (as well as other Bonvoy benefits), you must book directly through Marriott's website.

If you choose to earn miles with one of Marriott's airline partners instead of Bonvoy points, you won't qualify for bonus points. If you've opted for miles in the past and wish to take part in this promotion, check your Bonvoy account to ensure it is set to earn Bonvoy points for future stays.
Additionally, remember that only one room per eligible paid stay can earn bonus points during this promotion. Therefore, if you're planning group travel, you won’t be able to earn bonus points for rooms booked for others in your group.
W NASHVILLE/MARRIOTT.COMNot all Marriott brands are included in this promotion. You won't be able to earn bonus points at Bulgari, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, Marriott Executive Apartments, Marriott Vacation Club (for owner-occupied weeks), Grand Residences by Marriott, Marriott Grand Residence Club, Sheraton Vacation Club, Westin Vacation Club, The Ritz-Carlton Club, The St. Regis Residence Club, and The Luxury Collection Residence Club properties. However, stays at Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy do qualify for promotional credit.
There is no cap on the number of eligible stays you can complete or the bonus points you can accumulate during this promotion. Since bonus points are granted for each stay of two or more nights (not per two nights stayed), planning multiple shorter stays can help you earn more points. For instance, three separate two-night stays at a participating MGM Collection property would net you a total of 12,000 bonus points, while a single six-night stay at the same property would only yield 4,000 bonus points.
Marriott Bonvoy points are generally credited to a member's account within five business days after the stay is completed.
Boost your bonus points with a Marriott credit card
As a Marriott cardholder, you'll earn an extra 2,000 bonus points for each two-night stay. Marriott is offering the same deal for credit card holders, meaning if you possess a cobranded card and stay for two nights at a Marriott property, you can accumulate between 4,000 and 6,000 points per stay from September 10 to November 26.
Keep in mind that you must sign up for both the fall and exclusive credit card promotions by November 12 to qualify for your bonus points.
While it's not necessary to pay for your eligible stay with your credit card to earn bonus points, doing so will earn you extra Marriott points.
With the Marriott Bonvoy Bevy™ American Express® Card, Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant® American Express® Card, or the Marriott Bonvoy Business® American Express® Card, you can earn 6 points for every dollar spent on eligible purchases at Marriott Bonvoy participating hotels.
If you hold the Marriott Bonvoy Bold® Credit Card, you can earn up to 14 points per dollar spent at participating Marriott Bonvoy hotels, or up to 17 points per dollar spent when using your Marriott Bonvoy Boundless® Credit Card.
Key takeaway
Marriott's Earn 2 Ways fall promotion and exclusive offer for cardholders could be highly rewarding for travelers looking to book multiple short stays this fall. Even if you have no immediate travel plans or are uncertain about staying at a Marriott, it's still a good idea to register for the promotion now. We always suggest registering for hotel promotions just in case you decide to take advantage of them later.
