Bad, very bad! Our rooms were not there because they were oversold, they changed us to a supposed “Oscar” hotel of the same owner that was considerably worse.- Hard beds- No hot water- No garbage can- Third and fourth floor up stairs- They only cleaned the room once after telling it several days- Unfriendly and unfriendly receptionist.If they had sent us a message telling us, we could have had time to change places but they didn't even do that, we arrived and we didn't have many options of where to stay 😕Avoid coming to this hotel, expensive for what it is and bad.I add a video of the room, which doesn't look that bad, but it's really very bad.

Rooms are good, well furnished, comfy bed, small balcony, fridge, airco and hot water. Outside is noisy, but near many restaurants and shops. Bike parking is very, very limited. Though staff may say otherwise, don't park your bike across the hotel, the shop owner will complainEdit: I've stayed here for 2 months, though I like the place - nice budget hotel, the location is what started to annoy me. This street/area attracts a certain demographic that's rude and loud

Nice budget hotel with an excellent location. The rooms are large, everything is there. It is clear that the hotel is not new, but it fully meets the requirements of an unprejudiced tourist. Near 7-eleven, Malin plaza

Very clean hotel. Strong three ruble. Large rooms. Cleaning every day. The price-quality ratio is excellent. The location is perfect. The woman at the reception is very helpful and does a great job. And all this for 600 baht per day!

Good rooms with a mountain view on both sides. Wifi is superb for Patong. Within walking distance to basically everything, but there are also conveniently two motorbike taxi stops on the street. Lack of elevator might be a bother if living above third floor.
