Stayed at the bubble igloo for one night - the place is not well-maintained, for the price you can go somewhere else with better facilities and rooms. The pictures online on the main website are not what you see in real life. Half of the lights in the room were not working, kettle had white mold/dust on the spout, bathtub has no hot water, flies in the “bathroom”, insects everywhere AND on the bed. The pictures online and on the main website are not what you see. It made me so itchy the entire night and I was certain there were bedbugs. The slippers provided were yellowish and obviously used. The outdoor jacuzzi was dirty and had leaves and mosquitoes inside. Stars? None. All you can see was the dirty plastic, condensation and a huge tree above. Stayed a night and checked out first thing in the morning without eating breakfast. There was no other customer on the property at all, and the staff refused to grant an early check in. Not worth the price at all for what it is.

This place doesn't deserve any star from us! It was very bad when we arrived here. We've booked Caravan type, then the pool outside didnt have anything like they post in the advertisement! The room is very small, the toilet didnt work! They didnt check the facilities before! The manager was so rude when we talked in the phone. It was incredibly worst experience we ever had in Khao Yai! We have to go out and find another place to stay at 7 pm! We dont recommend this place. There are many places that worth more.

Beautiful tone control, green contrasting with black.

Good service staff, delicious food. Recommended is the green curry with bird's eye chilli beef. Very delicious. The accommodation is clean. Going during the rainy season might be a little wet. But when the rain stopped, the mist was very beautiful, like being surrounded by mist. Recommended.

Not how I expected it to look. The pictures are very deceiving and the place was not cleaned. The top was very dirty and had mold growing. Wouldn’t recommend for the price they charge.

We rented the igloo for one night, I am happy it was only one night. The pictures are deceiving, you can't look at the sky as the plastic is very dirty. The shower is plugged and was also dirty and did not work, the jacuzzi was dirty aswell and we couldn't use it.The service was not there, the owner is a money hungry man and you notice it from the beginning.Do not go here, it is a scam as how it was at this moment.

Beautiful and unusual, good atmosphere, beautifully decorated rooms, beautiful views, whether it's a container room or a dome room would be good.

Very impressed with the place, service, and atmosphere. Very good. Went during Covid. There were few people, not chaotic. Breakfast was very delicious. Will definitely go back again.

It was pouring non stop (September raining season) for 4 days when we visited Khao Yai. We paid 3,700฿ to stayed in the Bubble Igloo & includes halfboard dinner package. Our expectations are really high for this place as we saw beautiful picture on Instagram.Checked in time was 4pm. We arrived at 3.30pm and the staff told us the Bubble Igloo deflated (no electricity to generate air to pump up the igloo). They offer us to change to other type of accommodation (Camp Igloo, Container Resort or Camper Caravan). However, we decided to wait for a while to let the maintainable guys fixed the problem. At the meantime, we are able to use the “Container Room” for that 2 hours. But we cannot do anything as the whole resort was out of electricity.6pm, the electricity was back. Checked in to the Bubble Igloo, took some picture in the room and 7pm dinner was serve at the restaurant. Dinner is Thai cuisine, so-so nothing exceptional.8pm, we finished up our dinner and returned back to our Bubble Igloo. This time it was deflated again. The staff told us they can fixed the electricity but not sure if we sleep halfway the Igloo is going to deflate again. They offer to let us changed room and we took the Camp Igloo although we are really unhappy about it. So basically Casa De Montana had been operating for a few years, it’s not the first time they expect rain and electricity outage here. Don’t you have a backup electricity generator like other places do?— Hygiene in this Camp Igloo was bad. Pillow case & bedsheet got stain & bad smell. We need to put the extra towel on top of the pillow when sleeping.— After shower, the area is flooded. Either there are some problem with the piping or the design of the toilet. Each time you visit the toilet your feet are soaking wet.— No slipper provided. The floor in the room is very sticky.— They offer JBL portable speaker in all Camp Igloo room. So the guest next door was blasting the music to the max till midnight thinking they’re the only one staying in this area.+ The only plus point is the place is quite beautiful and there’s a small outdoor jacuzzi.The rainy season already made the trip unpleasant but when you stayed in this place the feeling worsen. Overall it’s not worth the money and quality of the room we received.However, if you want some unique experience rather than staying in traditional hotel room then this place is fine.
