I really like the condo for several reasons:1. Intimacy. Only 9 apartments, closed area = child safety. Children play with the neighbor's children, everything is in sight, it's not scary to let the child go down into the hall.2. Very spacious apartments. We rent an apartment with two bedrooms - the living room is just huge! Children have somewhere to roam. We celebrated the New Year with a large group of friends - everyone was comfortable and comfortable.3. In addition to the swimming pool for children, there is a trampoline, table football, a hammock, and a barbecue area.4. The condo is new and fresh, nice furniture, has an oven.5. Nearby, a five-minute walk from the Cicada and Tamarind markets.I highly recommend the residence to families with children, including for long-term stays 💪🏼

Now we are relaxing here and are very pleased!Everything is nearby, the room is spacious, clean, everything you need is there, even an oven (which is rare for Thailand)The locked area is a special praise, the pools are clean, there is a shallow pool for children, a trampoline, a barbecue area, hammocks, table football, all kinds of toys for the pool and beach - there is definitely something for children to do. It turned out to be a pleasant plus for us to be able to celebrate a child’s birthday right on the premises of the residence, inviting an animator for the children; a barbecue for adults can be organized right there - super! Definitely a wonderful place, secluded and in the center of everything you need for a comfortable stay at the same time👍

It’s very difficult to write a review when everything has been described in such detail and detail before you, but I’ll try. 😀 Let me start with the fact that if you are a mother with a child, or even two (the three of us went, me, a three-month-old son and a four-year-old daughter), you are at the right place! Since this is not my first time in Hua Hin, I can say for sure that MMRESIDENCE is an ideal place to relax with children in this city. And I have five reasons for this 😅: 1. Location (walking distance to the sea at a leisurely pace - 9 minutes, to Tesco Lotus stores (which has everything from chemicals to fruits, vegetables) and 7/11 (a thousand little things and even more) - 3 minutes, to the evening markets with food and entertainment, cicada market and tamarind - 6 and 8 minutes respectively, to the bus stop - 3 minutes to go to the songthaew at the Blueport shopping center (about 5 minutes, if you wish, you can walk, we spent on this 20 minutes)/Market Village (about 10 minutes) and other places (Hilton, Plervan, etc.), the road is not busy (this is important, because in Thailand the pedestrian is not the main one on the road, no one will let you through, precisely because of the weak traffic in this section you can easily and quickly go where you need to go, in the opposite direction and you don’t have to cross the road at all), and there is a pedestrian crossing, at least for your own peace of mind, within a 2-minute walk there is a pharmacy, massage parlors, one of the best coffee in the city ( Shakespeare Cafe) and local cold teas (Thai teas) (Cha Payom).2. A closed and small area with the most necessary swimming pools for children (including children’s), with children’s toys and inflatable equipment, a trampoline, hammocks, a swing chair, and table football.3. Direct access to the pool all the time (no need to go to the room if you forgot something, left something, etc., no need to worry about where someone went and what they are doing (you won’t go far), almost everything is in sight.4. Neighbors, who are also your new friends. Since there are only 9 rooms, if I’m not mistaken, 5 of which overlook the pool, everyone knows each other, helps, cooperates, unites, plays, has fun, and has a barbecue party in the evenings (there is a barbecue). It’s generally a fairy tale to come here with a group, which we ourselves are thinking about next time.5. Huge two-story (in our case) apartments with a decent renovation and with everything you need (stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer, iron, air conditioners, dishes).If you ask me about the cons, I will say that there are none, but if you want, you can always find fault with something. 😉 Just clarify the nuances that interest you in advance and you will understand what you can expect/not expect. For example, I probably wouldn’t choose a two-story apartment if I were with a child who is just discovering the world (about one to two years old, who walks, runs, climbs, etc.) everywhere, because the room has a high staircase that can be dangerous for him, you either need to figure out how to close it, or not leave the child unattended for even a minute. Oh, yes, and you could have your own washing machine if you have a lot of things, but there are two shared ones in the hall, 20 baht per wash. Very comfortable accommodation, quiet, secluded. The kitchen is small, but quite sufficient (that’s what they usually do in studios). There is everything you need: pots, pans, cutlery. There is a toaster, kettle, microwave, air conditioning - all the equipment is in working order. The apartments themselves are spacious and have a swimming pool on site. It's a 5-minute walk to the sea, next to the cool Cicada market and decent cafes. For those who value a sense of privacy, this is the best option for this price. We are very pleased!
