The accommodation is currently undergoing many renovations, making the atmosphere in the building not very beautiful. There is a swimming pool next to the beach. The natural atmosphere is very beautiful. There aren't many people, which makes it look peaceful. There is a coffee shop next to the beach. You can walk along the beach to buy coffee, snacks, and sit and chill by the sea. Inside the booked room is very good, complete with everything, including a rice cooker, condiments, washing machine, TV, and much more. If the renovation of the place is finished, it should be very beautiful.

The building is old and the entrance is quite lonely. There aren't many rooms open for lodging, the rest are deserted, waiting for a reno. There's a big pool. The overall atmosphere is lonely. There aren't many employees.

Year 64: The condo faces the sea. The wind is very cool. It's a pity that there is not much sand left in front of the condo. The wind is strong. It is close to the very popular cafe 1D Day Artist, more than 100 meters away.30 Sept. 2023Pick up the sand Found hermit crabs in every handful. Milford condo is still well preserved. Come stay on the 29th floor. The rooms are well decorated, very natural, strong sea breeze, small shellfish, lots of hermit crabs along the sandy beach, small is beautiful.

Place looks outdated and kept in poor maintenance. Even from outside can see the vines creeping to 3rd floor from the northern side of building. Wouldn’t want to live there honestly. Seems more like a ghost condo vibe with pigeons everywhere in some of the units balconies.

It's an old hotel located in Yam Beach, but it's located right next to the beach, so I was able to stay at the beach every day. I was very satisfied with the lobby and swimming pool!

Came to stay at a condo. Here we can play in the water quickly. There is a building to shade us from the sun. Around 2:00 p.m. the building completely shades us and we can play in the pool. Around 3:00 p.m., we reached the sea and went into the sea. We recommend wearing shoes when going into the sea. There are sharp shells in the sea.

i paid for rent 1day 3500Baht for 2 peoplewith stove oven dish , kitchen counters, beds for 2 , sofabed for2the condominium and the owner officially give a rentgood breath, good sight seeingthe cost per one bed about 3.2-3.8mB depend on which sites, floorsif more rooms more prize1/5 , i rather go rent a better hotel not such ao far away condominium with high risk of streets' accidents, this accomodation would comfort better for families or friends who got 3-4 people (+/- kids) so they can stay together in one space.if u love the privacy, yes this is kind a private one, not crowded not noisy , but very old fashioned and far from anywhere else and deep roads and very dark at night, also aware cows of people , hopefully not cross streets while i drivethis place not suitable for speedy coupe cars with low -edge body- wings
