The entire house has 3 bedrooms and has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom in every room.The common area has a small kitchen, karaoke, pool table (air conditioned room), swimming pool.There is an area for holding parties and grilling. Overall, it's spacious enough for about 6-10 people.Moderate cleanliness The equipment is complete, the service is good, there is a 7-Eleven in front of the village entrance.away from the city Traveling to Hua Hin is a bit far and takes about 15-20 minutes.

I recently stayed at a villa that unfortunately turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a pervasive smell resembling bad water emanating from the floor drain in the room. This issue was exacerbated by the presence of numerous drosophila, or fruit flies, which seemed to be attracted by the odor. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, there was no effort made to rectify the situation, leaving me to contend with the unpleasant conditions throughout my stay.Given the amount I paid, the value for money was incredibly disappointing. The discomfort caused by the smell and the lack of action from the villa's staff significantly detracted from what should have been a relaxing getaway. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place and would advise potential visitors to look elsewhere for accommodation.

Please check the condition of your accommodation before you stay. Including various equipment well before you stay. Because otherwise the deposit may be deducted. Some houses don't have slides.

The place is airy, open, comfortable, and the atmosphere is very good. There are many pool villas for relaxing during holidays. There is a cafe and beautiful, non-toxic vegetables. Good value.

Good location, next to the main road, not difficult to get to, lots of parking, many houses to choose from. On the day I went next door, there were no rooms next to each other, so the noise was not loud enough to disturb each other.The room is clean, the common areas are well allocated, you can ask for charcoal, you can request ice, the mattress is comfortable, the room is spacious, there are pillows, blankets, towels, shampoo, soap, a clothes dryer, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, basins, kitchen items, a refrigerator, a bottle opener, a table, and chairs, complete. No need to prepare anything except raw materials.The swimming pool is very good. You can swim in and out of the house. There is a slide, pool table, music, microphone, YouTube, speakers, playing music. Great value.

Staying in the first house. When I saw the picture, I thought the house would be large. Go to the actual location The house is not very big. There is complete equipment. But some things are damaged because of use. For example, the main bedroom where I stayed, the water pipe was leaking, the pool was a salt water pool, and there was a pool table, but with limited space. So there's no space. How much do you like to bet on pool? The karaoke sound system is not good, everything else is ok.

It is a very good restaurant. It has its own farm outside the restaurant and grows different vegetables for use in the restaurant. The food tastes quite good, and the portions are richer than ordinary local restaurants. The price/performance ratio is quite high.
