I stayed here for a week and I loved it, the welcome, the swimming pool, the neighborhood. I have been several times to have breakfast at Hello Breakfast, in the next alley, they have just opened, it is not expensive and they have lots of delicious homemade products in their little store with bread, jams, pancakes and Belgian waffles! I will definitely go back 😊

The hotel is very clean, soft bed, comfortable sleep, hot water, good pressure, has a swimming pool, smiling staff, lots of parking, no breakfast, but... there should be a little coffee and a counter bar, which would be very good.

There is no shower set, including soap, shampoo, and shower cap. I informed the staff and they said they have them on the wall in the bathroom. which really doesn't existNotified the staff again and brought a bottle of liquid soap. and shampoo were provided but did not match the picture shown.

The Initial Hotel is a lovely place to stay. 5/5 for reception staff. They are very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. 5/5 for the cleaning staff. They are brilliant and always pleasant and fun when you see them. 5/5 for facilities. There is a small pool and it looks to be well maintained. WiFi is faster than any hotel in Thailand I have been in. 4/5 for bedroom and toilet. The hotel rooms are clean and of a high standard. However, there are no lamps next to beds or at the desk area. So when you wish to go to sleep you have to get out of your bed to switch the light off. Same in the bathroom. The lighting is very poor and I had difficulty shaving in the poor light.

Stayed there 4 nights , clean affordable and nice hotel, not too close to beaches but central to shops and have parking as we had own car , many restaurants and temples to visit and long beaches , worth an visit

Just don't recommend this hotel. If there are house pets - cockroaches and ants on the top floor of the house, it's still very bad.In addition, the pictures are very old and do not correspond to what actually happens in the hotel.Breakfast is as good as being hungry - the food is tasteless.When the hotel staff saw the problem, they felt that it was a normal phenomenon.
