Stayed on 27 July.Family Deluxe RoomRegarding the location - it is considered quite good. Located next to Pranburi Beach. There is only a road separating the beach from the accommodation. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the sea. Hear the sound of the waves The atmosphere is calm and not crowded.Room - very old and looks like they haven't taken any maintenance. Bed, floor mat, collapsible bed The wardrobe has splinters and splinters. The television is old fashioned. Can't use it either. The air conditioner is noisy.Bathroom - has a hot water system Cold water just for shower But the date of stay is not valid. The reason is because of the newly replaced shower head. After removing the shower head Water coming out of the hose It is hot and cold water with adjustable temperature.Breakfast - It's buffet style, but there isn't much of a menu. Eating enough to survive for days, but not perfectly. Or is it worth the price paid? Compared to other hotels, if staying in Hua Hin At this same price Get a better room with breakfastThe restaurant is open to the natural breeze. But the air doesn't ventilate well, it's stuffy, and there are flies flying in and swarming the fruits that are placed there.Swimming pool - It is an old style swimming pool system with a children's pool, but tiled. There are a lot of broken tiles. It's not very fun to take care of.Employee service I don't know how to comment. Because I did not receive any service at all. When checking in, just give the room key. But there was no one to help carry the bags or walk to the room. When checking out, just return the key, that's it. There was no greeting or receiving any service. Compared to other hotels that I have stayed atNot good, not bad, but nothing at all. Because there is hardly any interaction with customers.Personally, I think this is bad because the service of the employees is the heart of the service.Overall, compared to the price you have to pay, I don't think it's worth it. Find a hotel around Hua Hin at this price. Get better service and facilities, but if it's about location This one is said to be usable.

Good location, next to the beach, just walk across the road. Good service, breakfast available. On holidays, there are long rows of restaurants selling food on the side of the road. Variety of foods, reasonable prices, drive to find a place to park and buy some not far from the accommodation location.

Go on a weekday, quiet hotel next to the beach. There were probably only a few people staying in the whole hotel. The swimming pool is big and clean.

Old but still well taken care of, beautiful garden, beautiful pool, but the cleanliness in the room is not thorough, the glass is dusty. Behind the TV and TV table as well. There is no kettle and coffee provided in the room. I went to ask for a hot water bottle and the employee told me to wait for the housekeeper to bring it to me. Had to wait a long time and had to go and ask again. And the employee at the counter didn't smile at all.

It's an old hotel. Entering has a musty smell. Come on Friday, reserve at Agoda for 1,000 baht and have change. On Saturdays and Sundays, the price is about a thousand plus in the middle. Disadvantages: Curtains do not block out light at night, can't sleep well. In the morning the sunlight came in early. It's not like any other hotel. There was no soap holder. There were mosquitoes in the room. Outside the room, a gecko opened the door and almost ran into the room. Old model TV. Breakfast was not buffet, not worth the price.

I've come to terms with the old reviews. The real thing is really old. It's not dilapidated to the point of being ugly or causing problems for staying, but the location is very good, quiet, has a large swimming pool, lots of rooms. Walk across the road and you'll find a walkway along a long sandy beach. Suitable for a leisurely walk, looking at the sea. Nearby there are restaurants within walking distance. There aren't many people on long holidays. Amenities are available as needed. There is a hair dryer drive, TV, air conditioning. There is not much parking. The breakfast has a lot of variety if compared to the room price. The taste is average and just right. If you have the opportunity to come and stay to chill. I want to come here again.

Old hotel, lack of maintenance The bed is damaged and just sitting on it makes a loud noise. Other activities do not need to be thought of. Cleaning the room does not change towels. The pool is shabby, the furniture and surroundings are shabby.A sea view room means you can secretly look at her. (I see it, but I don't see it much.)Weekday breakfast has a choice of American breakfast or minced pork porridge. The room key is actually a simple knob.

Clean rooms. Good price. Right next to the beach. Breakfast included. Pretty big portion. WiFi works. We checked in at 1 am with no problem. You can see the local fishing using handnet in the morning. Plenty of parking. Local place. No western tourists.

Very bad hotel, went to stay in Pattaya, 2 thousand baht for a family room for 3 people, different story, dirty floor room, not warm water, towels, cloth. The crab has rust stains. Called to ask for new towels. The staff seemed to know they were dirty. The receptionist didn't smile. There was no clear assignment of who was sitting. Totally confused. There was no kettle in the bedroom, had to ask for it. There were only 3 plug points at the head of the bed but no side table. The water boiler plug is very short. Had to drag a broken and loose chair to plug in the boiled water, which had to be requested separately. There were 3 bottles of water, no tea or coffee packets like other places. In Hua Hin, staying for 2 people, 1,000 baht per night, everything is perfect in the city center. The bathroom shower splashed all the way to the wall, the water was not warm, had to wait 5 minutes, then it was cold, then it was hot. The lock in the room must be slammed hard to close the large, beautiful swimming pool. But there are no towels, so have to wait a bit. The only good thing is the air conditioner is cool and breakfast is available. The wifi signal is not very weak. I probably won't go. It's worse than a sales school. The atmosphere outside doesn't look bad. There is no elevator, the walkway to the room is a maze. You cannot take elderly or disabled people on a trip. I don't think it will survive more than a year from now.
