Whoever books a place for $16 and expects Sheraton service deserves what they get! This was exactly what I expected for the price, probably even better. It was very clean and spacious, with a balcony! Front desk isn't the friendliest but if you've been to South East Asia, you know they are being nice. I assume there was a swimwear store in the facility and it didn't work out so everything is there. We were traveling with our bicycles so we just needed a clean space for a night. That's what we got. It was quiet and calm. If you look for something closer to town then yes, this might not be your place or you might need Grab. We had no issues with its location as we did everything on our bikes.

This was not as advertised and truly misleading. If they were honest in their discription then this review wouldn't happen. You get what you pay for but without the hoodwink. Giving this place the star treatment is a disservice to the many visitors being misled. From the moment you enter as per what I saw, you realize you made a grave mistake booking this place on whatever service you procured. It's far from everything unless you knew this before hand and had either prearranged transport waiting on your arrival or after having been dropped off in town (15 minutes away) rented something to get you to the location, which can only be described as in the middle of nowhere. As from the pictures attached you can gather that the management doesn't regard first impressions as a criteria. They (Baan Pattamaporn) have a very long road to travel to get to any semblance of what they contort online. However, if you are the type of traveler who has an extremely limited budget then this place crosses all the boxes. The price truly was an incentive and the strategic wording masked the truth. You get what you pay for never disappoints.

Advantages: There is an elevator, a balcony for smoking, a bathtub, very cool air conditioning, a TV, and a refrigerator.Near the Queen's Garden and not too far from Hua Hin Beach (10 minutes), you can drive to play in the water.Disadvantages: Limited parking, requires effort. There was a sound from the corridor coming into the room.

Very good hotel in Hua Hin, very well received and the room is very good and very clean (we were on the 4th and top floor, room with very bright double balcony). The hosts are very welcoming, I had a problem with my scooter they came out with tools to help me repair it. Small downside, the cleaning was not carried out throughout our stay but honestly nothing serious! Excellent value

Very spacious and clean rooms! Not very expensive, 600 bats for one night, that's around 24 euros with toilet and bathroom in the room! Very good value for money ! Not very far from the beaches but you need a vehicle to get to the city center which is very lively in the evening!

Located in Hua Hin Soi 19 before reaching Klai Kangwon. Quite quiet, not chaotic, inexpensive, just a short walk into the alley. Nearby there are restaurants, cafes, villas, and parks within walking distance. It is considered convenient.

Friendly staff, limited English, big rooms but stayed 3 nights and NO visits by cleaning staff or topping up water. I did not try but offer buffet breakfast for 90 baht
