No AC while in my booking it seemed like there's. No garbage bin in the room. I think window need some better curtains - didn't feel much good in privacy... The bed was so noisy with almost every move on... Only cold water

Considering the price point of the guest house this is absolutely great value for money. The rooms are very basic but clean and cozy with a well working AC & fan. Hot water was running perfectly well. Friendly owners and great location in the middle of the city, just a few minutes to the beach. There is free tea & coffee at the bar downstairs. Perfect for a night or two.

Close to Hua Hin station, 5 minutes walk to the beach. There's a massage parlor next door and a 7-Eleven next door. However, it is quiet because it is located in a secluded area. The owner is kind and friendly. I stayed in a private room on the second floor. There is an air conditioner that works even when it's cold, a fan, and a hot shower. Unfortunately, there is no refrigerator in the room.There is a refrigerator in the shared kitchen on the first floor. The location is great, but it's quiet.

This place is sweet. Despite being in the bustling heart of Hua Hin, the actual accommodations have a quiet and chill feel to them due to being tucked up a tight alley. Big rooms, clean, warm shower, cold AC, host speaks English well, fast WiFi, and very affordable, all in a killer location.Yes, the hosts have barky little dogs, but it’s not a big deal, and all the other pros outweigh that minor con IMO.

Very reasonably priced accommodation in Hua Hin.The location is good, less than 10 minutes from Hua Hin Station, 2 minutes walk to Hua Hin Beach, and less than 1 minute to a convenience store.The room is spacious and has a hot shower.Even if you don't have an air conditioner, the fan will keep you cool enough.The common space, the courtyard, is also spacious and comfortable.I have all the tools to prepare food.Security is also OKIt's worth staying!

Everything is very good for the money right in the center, 5 minutes from the beach. Excellent hosts, during early check-in, they allowed me to sleep a little in another room while mine was occupied. There is always free water, coffee and cookies😊

There is air conditioning and hot water. That's enough for us. It's a very okay guesthouse. The price is reasonable. If not, the price is much higher. It's really enough. Stayed 2 nights here, really liked it, slept well, blankets, pillows, and mattresses were clean, didn't have any problems.There was only the curtain on the window that was too thin. When someone turns on the light in the kitchen Make it very bright The whole room is bright. That night, someone must have turned on the kitchen light and forgot about it. That's it.Time to walk in and out There will be a dog sound. But he doesn't bark all the time. But there will be some shock. Once you know it, it's normal. He doesn't bark all day and all night.The entrance is small and you can hardly see the hotel's name at first. After seeing it, I will never forget it. For anyone who wants to save money on traveling We recommend it. You probably won't find a good room like this at this price.

Thai-Tae guest house is a great option in Hua Hin! A few minutes' walk straight ahead from the train station and a stone's throw from the beach, right next to a 7eleven and many restaurants, yet quiet at night, it has the perfect location! It is also close to the day as well as the night market.The rooms are nice, clean and spacious, the outside area for sitting is cute, the bed and pillows the most comfy I have had in Thailand!The owners are super nice and helpful, speak good English and there are free towels, coffee, hot water and plates&cutlery at your disposal.Price is great for the value you get. It is such a great place that I extended my original 2 days to a full week. Highly recommend!

The accommodations were really valuable for the price and the host was great! (very nice and patient) Room +bed was clean and insect + mosquito free! Because of mosquito nets covering the windows and even the door. Water pressure of shower was really good and the heater worked very well (though in Thailand in May/June you probably don't need the heater). Thank you for the stay :)
