I don't recommend this place because there's a chance they put you above the weed shop that has speakers installed in their roof. Also there were a lot of ants,the T.V. is broken but i understand for the price it's amazing they have anything. If you stay here, try to avoid 202 at all costs and im.sure the room beside 202 is effected as well. In order to communicate with them, you have to text because there's no front desk, I like the concept, but I like having someone at the front desk. These super high hippies down stair just don't know when to stop, I went to talk to them, but they weren't understanding well

I'm very impressed. For anyone who doesn't know where to stay, low budget, inexpensive price, we recommend this place. Not far from Hua Hin train station, about 1 kilometer, not far from Hua Hin beach 1.1 kilometers and Saphan Pla 500 meters. The staff took very good care of them, were very cute, spoke sweetly, and helped us with everything. Normally, we never review any accommodations, but this place is very good. I'm not praising it. For those who are afraid of not having anything to eat around the accommodation during the day, there is a lot of food. I definitely won't starve. I want a lot of people to come and stay. Next time, if we come again, we will definitely come back and stay here 💗

It is an older place. Very Spartan. Wooden steps that are a little higher than the average step. Room was large, older hotels and buildings usually have larger room. Look at the photos there were no bedside lamps. Very spartan, refrigerator worked great for the price that I paid. It was OK close to the beach. For the traveler who's budget-conscious, good deal. Don't forget to bring your coffee

Quick one night stay that was perfect. Great shower and bed. Air Conditioner and Smart TV. There is road noise because it is at a busy intersection but it dies off at night.

The room was paid for 2 nights. Our plans changed and we arrived after the first night. The owner was informed. It turned out that in the so-called meantime she sold our room to someone else and we cannot enter there. After a short and lively discussion, we entered the room. It turned out that the room did not have a window (there was no information about it in the description). After returning to the room in the evening, it turned out that the code received by e-mail for the intercom at the front door did not work. No contact with the owner for a long time. Finally, the owner wrote that this code is the code for the mailbox and the intercom opens with a flea. And the finale - after entering the room, it turned out that the owner was in it (the wall's electricity management module was broken). The hole was closed with adhesive tape (previously, there was a place to insert a card that turned on the light - that's where we took out the key). There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. overall I do not recommend!!!

Good location and good value. Room is clean and spacious. Water pressure is good and bathroom is clean with soap & shampoo. Bed is firm and sheets are clean. I did not require any service with my 4 night stay but there is a lady on site doing laundry & cleaning. 2 towels & 2 bottles of water were ready upon arrival. Location is in the center of town and about a 15 min walk to the beach. Night market is 3 min away. Lots of places for food & 7-11 around for your convenience. Road noise can be heard in your room as it's by a traffic light intersection.

The accommodation is clean and very spacious. The hotel service is very good. Very kind and friendly. The accommodation is near many tourist attractions. You can walk a lot. Not far from the train station and the night market, 7-Eleven, and there are restaurants near the accommodation both during the day and at night. Not far from Hua Hin Beach and Saphan Pla. There are a lot of cafes around the accommodation that you can walk to. There is also a car rental shop near the accommodation. It is considered complete and very comfortable. The room has TV service. water heater Shampoo and shower cream are also provided. The room I stayed in also had a wide balcony.
