This is a wonderful place for the price. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We did not have ocean view, but we could see it in the distance and we could hear it roaring. This is exactly what you can expect for a 3 star hotel. And you support a family operated business. I would love to stay here again.

The reality is that this place is pretty mediocre; it's not terrible but not great either. The reason I stayed here is because it's not expensive, but other than that it's not great.Pros: The room was comfortable and pretty spacious. The location was close to the beach and quiet. There is daily housekeeping.Cons: The location was not good for finding food; it's close to a bunch of mediocre but overpriced beach restaurants catering to tourists. Kamala beach is not very good. The beach is inferior to other beaches on the island, like Kata. There were a lot of mosquitos in my room. The hotel's restaurant was closed while I was there, and the pool bar was closed, too. The service I got was nonexistent- the vast majority of the time I couldn't find anyone working. Parking is supposedly available, but is not in reality. They actually blocked off the "parking" area with a water container so that I couldn't park my car there. Water pressure was low in the shower.

Wonderful, cozy family hotel. Wonderful people are always ready to help solve any problems.Near the beach, restaurants, bars, SMART BUS stop. Thank you for the relaxation and friendly attitude.

Great little 3 star hotel with pool. Rooms are very clean with daily maid service. Friendly family run hotel. The beach is only 50 meters away and all the bars and restaurants you could wish for. In my option a true diamond in the rough after 4 weeks of travelling in Asia.

A nice & simple hotel with swimming pool and clean rooms close to kamala beach. The staff is also very friendly. Only the hotel owner looks like she is a bit frustrated & angry (an older thai woman). She complains loudly in front of other guests about tourists & "farang" that they don't have money and should better stay home. That was during low season and the hotel was almost empty. It perfectly describes the general vibe on phuket. I recommend booking online via booking or agoda for better prices rather than booking directly with the hotel. All in all a nice place to stay, just better avoid the grumpy owner

I was able to spend four weeks at the Ginis Beach Resort. The staff is super nice and helpful. The facility is very well maintained and clean. The range of food on offer is very diverse. Great location, just a minute to the beach. In short, it couldn't be better. It was a very nice and cool vacation, thank you!

The service is friendly. The food is very delicious. There is a pool to play in. If there is a problem or lack of anything, the staff are very helpful.

Terrible service. Ordered rice and was served with raw chicken. There aren't even a single word of apology. I ordered enough salty tom yum soup and asked for more lime and found that the customers were very picky so don't open it. If you don't understand food and service, Thai people or foreigners will give you money too.
