Advantages: The service staff is cute and has a service mind.: next to the sea: There was a problem with the shower. The staff came to fix it very quickly.Moderate: The food I dislike is that there is no ice provided.In the morning, I want to drink iced coffee, but the hotel doesn't provide ice.weakness :True, as one comment said, Sadly, the owner isn't maintaining the rooms.Including. facilities- The room is considered shabby, with a lot of paint scratches. But this one is not serious. The unfortunate thing is- Cleanliness and care: The bathroom has a lot of stains. What's not okay is that the drinking glass has stains on the bottom of the glass inside.Cheaper than this, I've never seen it before.- The shower spreads out in no direction🤣- The swimming pool is in serious trouble, with algae all over the floor and along the edges. Walking is very sluggish, slippery and slimy. The worst thing is the children's pool. Lots of floating lichen How can I let children play?I talked to another family and they said, "But the pool doesn't look clean at all."- If the target is customers coming to organize a seminar, that's fine.- If it's a family customer, it's not true. If they come, they won't want to come again and definitely won't recommend it to anyone.

We visited on 11-12Aug2024 (Thailand holiday) it a bangalow not a villa as they say. Room rate was very high compare to facility and service, there are not provide anythings. Breakfast very terrible not variety also poor quality. Very bad experience here compare to their claim 4 stars rate T.T

We arrived at the hotel around 6 PM on Friday night, 10th August, and negotiated a rate for our stay. The price was 2,500 baht per night, but we received a 10% discount. It was a reasonable deal for the seaview room #205. The room was comfortable with modern amenities, and everything was in good condition. We loved the experience, including the pool with a nice view of the beach. Breakfast was also decent, despite the limited menu, and we had no complaints.Given our positive experience, we considered extending our stay for another night, especially since the receptionist guy “Non” who checked us in was friendly, polite, and fun to talk to. He even mentioned that he could offer us a special rate for the second night.However, the next morning, things took an unexpected turn. The front desk called our room and informed us that we needed to pay a 1,000-baht fine for eating durian. We were shocked because we hadn’t even eaten it. We had bought it back from the Hua Hin night market and saved it as a dessert for lunch tomorrow. In fact, the buggy driver who sent us back to our room the previous night had told us we could eat it on the balcony, but we decided not to because we have a common sense that we should not eat it at the hotel. We also packed the durians with 3 layers of plastic bags and put it in the refrigerator.I tried to explain this to the front desk, even inviting them to check the room for any evidence of durian. They said “It’s ok. They won’t charge it, and told us to come make a payment for our second night at the reception”. We went to settle our bill at the reception, and the same demand for a 1,000-baht fine was made again!! I explained the whole thing over again and told her that it wasn’t about the money but about the unfairness of being charged for something we didn’t do. I also pointed out that there were no signs prohibiting durians in the room, nor were we informed of any such policy when we checked in.Frustrated by the situation, we decided not to stay for the second night, packed our things, and checked out. The receptionist’s called "Nam”. She was totally unfit for her role. She couldn’t make decisions on her own or communicate effectively with guests. We asked to speak with the manager, but she said the manager was busy and that she was the only person in charge, which was hard to believe given her lack of professionalism. How can you put someone like her to be in-charge?At that point, I decided it wasn’t worth arguing or wasting my time over this on my vacation. We’ve moved to the hotel next door, the Dusit Thani Hotel, where the service is much better, and the staffs are far more welcoming.

Reserved a Premier seaview room. Very good.The room is in the area near the sea and swimming pool. All employees provide very good service. Location of the hotel is next to the sea. You can walk from the hotel directly to the sea. The day we went was not crowded. There are many types of rooms to choose from. But the room I chose here is better than the price.The room is very spacious, with a balcony zone for sitting out. In general, it's clean, the bathroom is good, the air conditioner cools a little slowly.The bathroom water is not warm at all, flows gently and makes it very cold to shower.Breakfast has many good options. Breakfast is in good condition. Quality suitable for the room price, good atmosphere, restaurant staff provide good service as well.Choose to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food tastes good. But it's a little slow. The price is medium. There are tables in the outdoor area to sit and have a sea view. Good location, next to the beach, inexpensive price, golf cart driver and good restaurant service.But the hotel made me wait more than 1 hour to check-in (check-in at 2 p.m., went on time, didn't go early)Employees do not report problems in advance. Not explaining the reason and not finding solutions, causing me to run errands late. and wasted more than 1 hour waiting without seeing any solution or responsibility from the school.The room was not clean, there was a big pile of hair on the floor. And there is sand in the room.

Door was finnicky and took many tries to open, both the front and bathroom doors. Electricity kept going cutting out at night which was restarting the aircon and making a loud beep. Shower water had an odor which was slightly off-putting. But, all things considered, price for value bumps it from 2 stars to 3.

We stayed at Coral Tree for 5 days. We had the Villa Premiere with a sea view. House with a small, beautiful terrace, right by the pool, sea view only if you stand and look over the hedge. There is a great breakfast. Good location on the flat, beautiful sandy beach. Food in the hotel was good but a bit more expensive. We mostly ate at the restaurants on the main street. Away from the center of Hua Hin. In the morning there is a shuttle service to the city. Quiet location to relax.

Been coming here since they opened six years ago. Great pool, beach front and breakfast. Very private and quiet. Very remote, located next to Dusit and Avani hotels. Sadly, the owner isn't maintaining the rooms. Our room needed serious repainting and repairs to walls, built-in furniture, doors and appliance hardware. Their TV reception is always very poor. On this visit we could only watch 5 Thai stations; this after the technician came to our room twice to reset. Unbelievably, they don't offer any foreign stations, news, sports or movie otherwise.

Stayed from 7-10/3/24, room 209,115Something that is really impressive 🥰- Transportation staff Because he speaks well and doesn't complain at all when we call him often.Things that weren't impressive at all 😡- The room has a very musty smell of pipes. I notified the staff once and they came to fix it, but it still keeps falling apart.- The lights at the entrance to the school are very dark.- Regarding documents, I reserved 2 rooms, all conditions are the same, but the tax invoice documents cannot be the same. Not sure where the mistake must have been or the employee. What's confusing? One room came out with 2 tickets, the month of booking. with the date of stay (designed across different months), but the other room designed the full amount on the day of check-out. If anyone has gone, you must look at these stories and consider them carefully because you will be confused. It's not like other hotels that normally issue it.
