Worst experience we have had in Phuket. Firstly we had to change rooms as our chosen room was too noisy, you can hear absolutely everything that is going on in the guesthouse.WiFi is horrible and half the time barely works.You have to hang a sign on your door for your room to be cleaned and even then it’s not done. Our room wasn’t cleaned yesterday and we had to remind the person to do it and even then it wasn’t done properly, the bed wasn’t properly done half the dishes were only washed.Again today, our room has not been attended to at all.Moreover, the are ants in our room. The bed is so hard it feels like wood and the pillows are the most uncomfortable pillows we have ever laid out heads onto.Definitely not worth the money and for the same price you can get a better hotel in Patong.

Rooms were very nice and location is quiet. If you are a light sleeper stay here on one of the highest floors. Staff was also very nice.

The first thing you will notice is the horrible smell of humidity and food which prevents you from breathing, the first room he gave me was not made after the last guest left the bed and the floor was full of sand and the bathroom stinking bathroom with a few things in the toilet, the second room had no electricity and the third that they made for me had only one sheet on a moldy mattress filled with cigarette holes, the window does not close and the air conditioning spits water and a horrible smell.The European owner and his Thai wife (who is also the housekeeper) and their two children live in the lobi, there is no security, we hear doors slamming all night.IN SHORT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!

The most horrible guest house in Patong dirty rooms, guest house from the years pop trash dirty bed dirty bedding, host and even dirtier than the guest house no security door to the guest house always open night and day, horrible smell throughout the guest house . Advise AVOID THESE GUEST HOUSE AT ALL COSTS.

We stayed when the Sunshine was still new, less than 6 months open. The people who run it are friendly and helpful. There are only 6 rooms (some have air-con, some have fridge, all have balconies), so it's a nice and small place where you can meet neighbors.It's simple, clean and affordable, off the busy Patong streets.
