The room is in a good location and Greg and Laila (the owners) are very kind and helpful and always providing recommendations. Laila cooks delicious food at the cafe. Also they have motorbikes available for rent. It was a pleasant stay.

Stayed 4 days and the apartment in very well located close to the train station. Laila and Greg are two amazing hosts who help you out with anything you need. You can also rent scooters from them and get great recommendations on what to do in Hua Hin.

Wow! What a great guest house! The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. Some of the best sleep I've had in Thailand, but on the other hand the food at their Cafe........even better than the rooms! They make only a few Thai dishes, but their Tacos, pizza, bagels, Italian dishes, and western breakfasts are some of the best to be had in Thailand. This review may sound too good to be true, and I can understand that. I came as a customer to this establishment, but I certainly leave as a friend. Well done my new friends!

I recently stayed at Kanokkan for 3 weeks. I had booked based on the great reviews and I was not disappointed. The apartments are in a great location, central to everything in Hua Hin. The apartments are very clean and great value. I stayed in the ground floor and 2nd floor, and felt so at home. I will definitely be returning to Kanokkan next year, and only because of one thing… the hosts. Laila and Greg are the friendliest, nicest, honest and welcoming hosts I have ever met. In 20 years of travelling and staying in hundreds of hotels, I have never met a couple who were so accomodating and genuine. And Laila makes the best coffee around! I spent many hours talking with them both, and Greg and I would spend a lot of time chatting and laughing. I can’t thank them enough for making my stay one of the best of my life, and I appreciate all they did for me. Above and beyond. If you are considering a stay in Hua Hin, then Kanokkan should be your first and only place to call to stay!! :)

Stayed 7 days. Great hotel renting apartments and even 155cc scooters. Great location and the equipment inside is of good quality. I recommend. In addition, the owners are very, very kind and attentive. I highly recommend if you are on hua hin!
