The air conditioning there is broken. Unfortunately, the bosses don't see that. Only moist, musty air comes out of the system. The temperature isn't right either! I had it at 24 degrees and the moisture had already settled on the mirror and television (it was definitely colder than 18 degrees). They only wanted to give me another room when I was already checking out. I only lasted two nights there! Absolute disaster the hotel! Of course there was no refund. An absolute joke!The location of the hotel is also a disaster. People shoot past there with their cars/mopeds all night long. With this volume you definitely can't call it a holiday anymore!The staff were all helpful. Unfortunately that was the only positive thing about the place.

Beware of stairs...if your knees have issues skip this place since there are alot of stairs and very steep inclines. The rooms are clean and ok and the price was decent when we went.

The hot water boiler was broken in the spa and the deluxe room so shower bath is useless . You have to manually boil water in the tea kettle and put it in the bathtub. There is non stop construction noise above your head . In monsoon it’s important to have warm water access . Cold showers only in this place .

This is an excellent hotel and we are here for the second timeThe rooms are clean and there is an amazing suite of 100 meters as wellThere is a little smell of old wood in the rooms but it is relatively clean and everything is fine, excellent internet and excellent serviceBut friends, please note that this is a hotel where you have to go up a lot of stairs, there is an elevator, but you still have to go up a lot of stairs, so if you forgot something in the room or downstairs... there's a chance you'll be upset about it... it's not accessible for the disabled.

C&N Resort and Spa offers a good accommodation option in Phuket, with a convenient location allowing easy access to Patong Beach, shopping and the lively Bang Lang Road, all within around 15 minutes' walk.Location: The location of the hotel is one of its greatest advantages. Being so close to Patong Beach and Bang Lang Road.Rooms: The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant space to relax after a day of activities. The comfort of the bed and the size of the room contribute to a pleasant stay.Staff: The resort staff was friendly.Facilities: The resort has a nice swimming pool, which is a good place to relax. However, the pool was a little run down and required some maintenance. Also, during our stay, the elevator was not working and even though we reported the problem, no repairs were made during the five days we were there. Although this did not seriously affect our stay, it was an inconvenience.In short, C&N Resort and Spa is a good choice for those who want to be close to Patong Beach and main attractions. It is only recommended to pay attention to maintenance details to further improve the guest experience.
