"Stayed at Centro One Bangla Hotel in Patong, and it was a great experience! The room was very good, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Bangla Road, making it convenient for nightlife and exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only issue we encountered was the WiFi on the 7th floor, but I believe it was a temporary problem. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay, and I'd definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Phuket!"

Update - Almost 1500 people have seen my review. That's how many I have saved from staying at this place. Read on!Looks like a backpacker when you first walk into the lobby 'if you can call it a lobby'. The first thing they say is if you want to bring girls/guests back, it's more money. Given the location, I think a high percentage of their clientele wouldn't want to pay more money to bring girls back. Topic for another day.Rooms are very small. It is impossible to settle in and get comfortable. The service desk looks like a complete mess and disorganized.They wanted more money for a room deposit, but I was not confident I'd get it back. I stayed one night and the next day checked out. I was willing to lose 4 nights I had already paid for.I walked 3 minutes up the road and checked into another hotel that I stayed at for 4 weeks, and it was a great place. Restaurant in the front. 24-hour room service. Anything you ask, they will try to accommodate you. It was just amazing service and priced the same as Centro One Bangla.I'm an easygoing, low-maintenance person. I've never left a hotel after one night, willing to lose money if necessary.It was money I was happy to lose.Not budget friendly, not family friendly, not sex tourist friendly, not beach friendly, not food friendly, but overall a great place where accommodations are every step you take, haha.

I was happy I had chance to come Thai,first day I payed for hotel breakfast and got food poisoning with not enough fried eggs I didn't complain I tried ask five days big woman and other guy on reception for support,Big woman named Kat (have Islam black hat on head)mocked me and saying bad words to me like I'm not normal,boil water in machine for tea and coffee and burn myself ,I tried to be kind and polite but I got but only rude behavior and disrispect.As a doctor myself crucial for first two days is hot showers ,she told me everyday it will be fixed and nothing,after ten days of suffering lost 14 kg vomit everyday and hardly manage to leave my room they fixed and I needed to check out earlier 10 days.I wanted to speak to owner she told me not possible and mock me.I will never recommend this hotel to anyone who want to get good vacation.I lost all money for Fighting sickness alone without any stuff support .If im owner I will right now say Kat to go away.If you want to have good vacation without health problems and get rispect NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL . Housekeepers and engineers are polite.This was my 5th time at patong and I never felt such disrispect before .Also if you have kids don't come here too.I kindly like I told I asked to speak with owner what Kat refuse and said to me it's not possible so if it have I will give 0/5 🌟.Thanks this message is for other tourist who want to have good time just go far from this hotel.

If you want to be in the heart of the party district, then this is the place for you, very confusing to have to Centro Ones, in the same street, as when we ordered rides they often got it wrong, but room was clean, and the pool although small was great. Super close to walking road and mall. Great value for money. Would recommend ear plugs as it is very noisy, but that’s what you would expect for the location.
