The room is not very clean. The property is located in the walking street so it is not a quiet place. The music will be loud until two in the morning so you will have difficulty sleeping. I stayed for 4 nights, two of which without electricity and therefore without air conditioning, without the possibility of charging my devices and obviously without Wi-Fi which in any case has a poor quality signal.

Centrally located near the train station and not so far from the beach. Rooms are just a basic standard in Thailand for the price.

I visited the Sports Bar only, cannot review the Residence part. The young waitress was very attentive, drinks were delivered fast and cold. Prices are reasonable for this area. The interior looks quite nice, much better than in most other bars around. The TV is much too small and does not show sports. The bar is located at the opposite side of Petchkasem.

I really enjoy the friendly relaxed atmosphere here. Nice place to go without the pressure you get from other bars. Rooms are clean and renovated. Security at the door.

It's a lovely, clean place and the staff are lovely and friendly, good service, smiling. There's a bar right next to it, very convenient.
