Basic guesthouse that is a bit rough around the edges (particularly the outside areas) but the rooms have all that's needed: cool AC, big fridge, water kettle, hot water shower, TV with HDMI, a small dining table inside the room and a small one outside too.Mattress is very hard, as sometime encountered in rural Thailand (not so much in tourist areas). It was too hard for us, giving us a sore back.The room was quite clean and I think housekeeping is daily - if requested.The location is quite good, a quiet neighbourhood just a 5 minute walk to the beach. BTW quiet means not much street noise or not near a mosque, but there are several roosters around that will make sure you know it's time to wake up. 😊Given the normally high prices on this tourism island, the value of Blue House is actually very good (~500B online). But we decided to move to a slightly more upscale hotel after a couple of days, mostly due to the hard bed.

The hotel suited me in all respects, you feel at home. Very nice people, always ready to help and meet halfway in any matter. The price is ideal, the rooms are clean, they bring water and toilet paper every day, regular cleaning, cozy balconies in each room. Wi-Fi is one of the best I have come across in Thailand, this was critically important for me, since I work every day, I was very worried about this issue, since I did not expect such good internet on the island! The location is excellent, 10-15 minutes walk to the beach, 7/11 is also close. Each room has a refrigerator, air conditioning and a dryer (nowhere in other hotels did it exist, which caused inconvenience). I have never felt as comfortable as here, I will definitely recommend it to everyone and if I come again, only here.

Quality/Price 👌When you enter from the street you get a little scared 🤣 but the room inside is impeccable!😍 It has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, a clothes rack and good Wifi. 🔥The only thing that needs to be improved is the price of the water when you bathe...😭The location is more or less, but with a motorcycle it is perfect.Quality/Price, I highly recommend it! 🤙

For the price of the accommodation it's more than good... a little rural with roosters, chickens and cats wandering here and there... but all in all it's good

Great place to stay in Koh Lanta in a peaceful area among cats and chickens. The room has everything one needs and is cleaned every day. Call directly the friendly owners to get cheaper price (300B a night instead of the 350 from booking)

If you are looking for a nice place to stay in koh lanta this is it!!!! A wonderful place to stay on the biggest beach of the island very clean very kind people always with a smile!! I recommend it all the way! Personally I found my paradise and for sure I’ll come back!!!

Extremely nice and helpful owners and great price/quality relation. The room was quite basic but there was everything I needed. I moved here from a bungalow located in noisy area and paid x3 less than there. I even extended my stay without any problems. My room was being cleaned everyday! It’s not usual in Thailand, especially for that price. It means they care! The owner also provides cheap laundry service as well. You have two nice beaches close to the hotel, 2 very good restaurants I can recommend (Chef Chalong and Friendly Lanta restaurants) and lotus/7-eleven nearby. If you don’t expect a luxury, I wouldn’t even hesitate

Rooms are clean, well equipt, comfy bed, large fridge and kettle. A very chill and relaxed environment. 10 minute walk to nearest beach which was also a quiet beach.

Amazing house and amazing host! Slightly far walk from the pier, but you can rent the motorcycle from the host's sister. Quite convenient
