Neither the price on the OYO website nor the price on Booking or Agoda is valid. If you have made a reservation, they tell you to contact them on the site and demand a higher price.They wrote on the wall that they left OYO. It is still on the site.

Pink hotel is a sweet spot, the lady that runs the place is having problems with big business, the property is right on the beach, beautiful ac room with lots of space. I suggest going and speaking to her first and don't book online, oyo is the culprit here, deal with her and she is more than willing to help. If I go back to ko lanta I will stay with her

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! I had booked 2 nights, I showed up a day before to really see what it was about and obviously he told me the same thing as everyone else, that booking and agoda make the reservations but that is not the price, they were asking me for 1000 baht per night, When I already paid 850 baht for 2 nights, they told me to complain.I have complained to booking and their response has been that the hotel does not pay me anything for canceling it, total 850 baht lost.

A great place for a family vacation right on the beach!When checking in, make a reservation through booking. com. turned out to be invalid, we paid for the accommodation in cash. The reservation was cancelled, the money was refunded in full through booking. com.

This is a scam! The accommodation appears to be closed. Do not book. They took money from us and announced when we arrived that there is no room. We therefore had to book other accommodation. The company is now refusing to pay back the money. Fraud!!

Likely a Scam. Booked through Agoda. When trying to check in I am told they have not received my money and do not have a room for me. I am told Oyo and Pink house are 2 separate companies so they can not refund me. Had to book a different hotel as was left stranded.

We booked this place because of its TOTALLY FALSE advertising. They have not been cleaned in years, DIRT accumulated in the refrigerator, bathroom, dirty and broken furniture.... not recommended. …

Amazing place. We really enjoyed. In the evening, a fire is lit in a nearby cafe and tables are set up with candles. Close enough to see this beauty and far enough so that no one disturbs you with noise. The bungalow has a beautiful view of the sea. We slept with the doors open and listened to the sound of the sea. It was unforgettable ❤️
