Our stay at this Airbnb was far from pleasant. The host's behavior was inexcusable, leaving us waiting for 30-40 minutes before finally showing us to the villa. The location was completely different from what was advertised, and the page lacked crucial information. To make matters worse, there was no water, rendering the place utterly unfit for living. A regrettable experience overall, and I strongly advise against booking this accommodation.

BanSuan Farmstay surpassed our expectations. This is the more peaceful part of the island and BaanSuan is tucked back off the road, providing a tranquil setting in beautifully kept grounds. Rooms are tastefully appointed with full kitchen and bath in well-built bungalows tucked into an old palm grove. This is not a resort but rather an nice base for adventure or relaxation on beautiful and chill Koh Lanta.

The most beautiful place on earth! A corner of Paradise! Attentive staff, local life, activities of all kinds in a splendid region in the middle of the jungle! Brilliant experience and immersion guaranteed! Dendee and her family will welcome you and make you enjoy a magical stay in their company! Nestled in the middle of a palm grove set back from the road and restaurants, you will discover small bamboo bungalows. Each has its own small terrace with a table, chairs and hammock. The room is spacious and very clean. The mattress is a little hard since it is on the floor which is raised compared to the rest of the room. As breakfast is not included, you have everything you need to make it in the equipped kitchen. There are two small supermarkets on the road after the restaurants about 15 minutes by scooter. The bathroom is nice in polished concrete, although I admit the gravel in the shower hurts my feet ;) I only stayed there 2 nights, because for me I found it too isolated. Cleaning is done every day. The staff were very nice, however I didn't see anyone at the reception. If you like cats, there are plenty of them who come to cuddle you and also ask you for food. On the other hand, you should know that every morning around 5/6 a.m., you will be woken up by roosters crowing near the bungalows. As the bungalows are next to each other we heard a little from our neighbors. So if you like nature you will be very good but without a scooter it is not possible.

This is a nice little Bungalow Stay out in the middle of nowhere on Lanta. If you want to get away from everything this is a good spot. It is run down and the rooms smell of mildew and have a lot of bugs but it is out in the JUNGLE. Not on the beach and the address is for a different resort that I think is owned by the same family.If you get a decent price it can be worth the visit but the road is in very poor condition and the address listed is for Dream Team Resort down the road, on the beach.The parking is through a very muddy spot and it's made worse by the rain so lot's of mud and difficult to drive on if you don't have much experience. The family who runs it seem nice but they don't really speak English. Communication can be a little slow if you don't speak Thai. I think the husband and wife do all of the work here themselves and it's really a good place if you are not looking for much. They do not provide drinking water, at all, and there is nothing out here for you if you do not drive.
