Great place to stay. We are here with our daughter and I can absolutely recommend this place. Rooms are clean, and Manao, who is taking care of place is amazing and very helpful. You have near everything you need. You can get everywhere by walking.

We booked 6 nights in this establishment, following reading the reviewsand the note, not disappointed at all. Structure a little set back from the road and nightlife, quiet, we needed to rest, which was the case, good bedding, well equipped, close to the beach and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance, very beautiful beach with its restaurants, for all budgets with very good surprises. The boss was absent when we arrived but insisted on speaking to us on the phone through his colleague, a top team, ready to answer our expectations, our questions, always with a smile. Cleanliness of the accommodation, housekeeping done every day, very good bedding, Daniel speaks French, a plus for us who do not speak English fluently.In summary, we warmly recommend this small establishment, excellent service, organization of your excursions, scooter rental at the best price, etc. We will come back with pleasureMaryline and Yannick

Recently opened. The owner is a true hospitality professional. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen. A few steps from Klong Nin beach, one of the most beautiful in Ko Lanta. Close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

This new place offers 2 rows of studio apartments, about 4 minutes walk off the beach. Each unit is spacious, with satellite TV, closet with safe, small kitchen with dishes, a porch with seating and a laundry rack, a pull out sofa, and a very firm big bed. Everything is new, attractive and very clean. The staff are super nice. Wifi worked, as did the AC and hot water. Everything was great, except the bed was too hard for me (I prefer soft beds).

This facility offers a great price/performance ratio. We slept there for the equivalent of around 18 euros per night. At such a price it is clear that you have to accept some compromises in terms of comfort. The mattress was extremely hard even by Thai standards, things like hand soap and a towel to dry your hands were missing in the bathroom and the toilet flush was broken. The room was also too dark for my taste, even though we already had a room at the end of the row with a second window. A positive highlight is the very friendly receptionist, who is available almost all day from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Everything is new&clean. We got balcony, big bed room, small safe for money and even kitchen. Very kind staff and good location to walk to the beautiful beach, 24hrs seven eleven, nice restaurants. Also it's a bit away from main road, so i could sleep very well. It was really lucky that i found this perfect house in Koh lanta. And you will be the luckiest person if you find this brand new house.
