The room itself is very nice and was clean. Daniel picked us up from the pier and we were even able to rent a scooter.We didn't find the ambience around the bungalow with balcony and swimming pool that inviting, somehow dreary and carelessly designed.In addition, when you leave the bungalow complex, you first find yourself on a large, busy road. Behind the road you can reach the beach, but there are many, many corners on Koh Lanta that are simply much more beautiful - especially further south. We therefore decided to change accommodation after one day in order to make good use of the time on the island.

We left this accommodation for another as soon as we saw the room.The accommodation does not match the photos, it is dilapidated and dirty. We don't have a duvet to sleep in, not the cushions like in the photos, the toilets are dirty, the curtain to keep out the light is too small compared to the window. The toilet doesn't flush, the sink is dirty, the doors don't work, etc. Nothing is going well.Accommodation booked via Airbnb.Very bad choice.

The quiet room suits me, and the shower in the bathroom doesn't have a lot of water. There is a swimming pool in the yard. Although it is not big, you can still enjoy swimming. There are also two cute cats that often appear around.

Very cute rooms with balcony around a nice, clean pool. Friendly owner, very peaceful and quiet. 5 min from foot to the beach, market with almost everything around the corner. Many restaurants around.

Dirty, basic and not like the pictures. I tried to be fair in writing this but upon reflection, for the price I paid, this was not up to standard. Originally booked 2 weeks, but immediately changed to 1 when I saw the room. In the week I was there, I wasn’t given clean towels once, the bins were not changed, there was no bathroom bin for paper tissue as standard, the shower leaks out into the walkway, I had slugs on the floor, ants in the kitchen, the toilet was a dirty yellow colour. The pool is nice but the pool lounge furniture old and fraying. The whole place needs love and attention - and is trading upon perhaps misconceptions. Loud music sporadically that went on til 2am. Disappointing. I now stayed in a hotel, even cheaper that is clean, has fresh towels and free water each day. The contrast!

Such a lovely place to stay! Great accommodation - we stayed in no. 6 with the loft bedroom for our children. Outside private seating area & a lovely pool. Close to great beach & restaurants. The hosts were superb - so helpful with collecting us from Saladan, organising moped rental & a early check in & late check out. They really couldnt have been more helpful & welcoming. Wish we had stayed for longer - we will definitely be back!

DO NOT STAY HERE.We chose this destination based on its positive reviews, but we were forced to find alternative accommodation as it did not match the description and the staff were unhelpful and uncommunicative.The property was unclean when we arrived (the toilet was disgusting, the shower barely worked as it needed descaling and we found a previous guest’s earplug and sunglasses by the side of the bed), and despite being cleaned whilst we were there, there were still ants everywhere - all over the kitchen, crockery and baby’s bottles and toys.The air conditioning in the mezzanine wasn’t able to keep the room cool, so it reached 35° in the daytime and meant we were unable to leave the baby in there to nap. This left us having to drive him around the car with the AC on every day for his naps.Despite confirming multiple times in advance, the property didn’t have a cot when we arrived so we had no where to put the baby. Someone went out and bought one for us, but said the Thai cots are ‘unsafe’ and indeed our son did get his arms stuck through the bars of this metal swing cot, so we had to improvise and wrap it in blankets we bought. They didn’t provide any bedding for the cot.We also chose this property as it had a TV (for the evenings when the baby was asleep) - but the weak wifi didn’t reach it and it didn’t work. So we ended up having to reconfigure the room and move the furniture around so it could pick up the signal elsewhere.Ultimately, the staff were incredibly slow to respond to our requests for help, and after 8 days here and no solution to the AC and uncleanliness, we had no choice but to cut our stay here short and find last minute alternative accommodation - leaving us substantially out of pocket. Some of these issues would have been excusable if they reflected a budget price, but for what we paid we expected much, much better. I do not recommend staying here.
