Great sea view, street a bit noisy but acceptable. Very nice and lovely hostess who leaves nothing to be desired. Seven Eleven, local cuisine and fruit stands right outside the door.

Everything perfect! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and the facilities in the room were good. There is a laundry service and you can rent scooters, at normal prices.The location is great, just 5 minutes to the very quiet and beautiful beach. In addition, everything a tourist needs is right around the corner. Clear recommendation!

very good price, great location, very nice staff , everything was extremely clean 👌new furniture, good interior in the roomview from terrace so beautiful 😍when you open terrace and all windows - you don’t need any AC or fanwi-fi strong and stableonly one things was a bit uncomfortable for me - noise from the road and strong audibility between rooms , sometimes it was not easy to fell asleepif you’re not light sleeper - so this place perfect for you, believe me

We've stayed at four different hotels on Lanta Island and this one is hands-down the best. With some experience here, you'll learn that air quality can be very important. This hotel is located at a higher elevation than the rest on a hill, and completely avoids any issues related to burning garbage or moldy smells, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the price is right, and the sea views are spectacular. You can sit on your front balcony and watch the boats go by at sunset. It's really quite nice. The place is clean, safe, and very quiet. Much better than all the other places we've stayed on Koh Lanta.

Loved everything about this stay. The location is great, right where Horizon road starts, beach and shops and restaurants within a short walking distance, and noise from the road was a lot less than I imagined. The room itself was fresh, clean, spacious, so much light with windows facing two sides (and thick curtains to block the light as well!).I especially appreciated having mosquito nets in windows and screen doors of the balcony, as those mean you can keep windows and even the balcony door open during the night and get fresh air flowing inside. For this reason I think you can stay here even if you normally prefer an AC room. The bed was much better than usually in Thailand and Siri said it's because she got beds like the one she herself likes to sleep in.While the house is not on the beach, the sea view from the huge shared balcony is spectacular and I actually preferred it to beachside views. Siri herself was the perfect host, responding to any questions or needs very kindly, professionally and fast, and we felt very well taken care of and just kept extending our stay.

Very close to the sea, restaurants and stores. The rooms are spacious with a terrasse, bed are big and confortable. The host are really really nice! I recommend:)
