The location was ok for me.A quick walk to Saladan at the walking street and the dive centers.There is no pool and the beach is further away, which is okay for the price.The family business clearly scores points with its friendliness, helpfulness and care.Rooms are large, modern and very clean.Scooter rental.

A very nice hotel/accommodation from the outside and inside.Rooms are large, clean and neatly decorated.Balcony is a nice size, two chairs and even a small laundry room/kitchen.The three people who own the hotel are very nice and helpful.Gladly again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We were only supposed to stay 2 nights and we added two more.Very warm welcome, spacious and comfortable room with a superb balcony including a small outdoor kitchen, which adds a lot of character. Very clean and well maintained, the room included two bottles of water, two coffees and a roll of toilet paper every day.Close to several shops but even better if you have a scooter or a car.They offer laundry service and scooter rental.Thank you for everything and we will definitely return if we come back to Koh Lanta!

Rooms are so clean, AC is excellent and really liked the little balcony I had. Location is good as walking distance to lots of options for food, the pier and the beach. Owners are lovely and helpful.

Warning! Rent a scooter there.It's much more expensive, and afterwards you'll be blackmailed into paying more money, otherwise you won't get your ID/passport back. The worst scooter we had in a 4 week stay.

Everything was perfect, the family of the owners are extremely friendly, they go above and beyond to solve all of your requests if you have any. Thank you so much! 🙏We worked remotely in the second half of the day and they managed to move us to another room with better WiFi signal.Location is amazingly convenient if you’re planning to join boat or dive trips.The room was super clean and big, the bed was wide (seemed like ~200cm) which we really appreciated.We rented a motorbike from them and had no issues with it.The only downside for us was music coming from the bar nearby in the evenings, which we hated, but luckily it normally lasted just a couple of hours from 8-9pm till 11pm and there were days when they didn’t play but those days were unfortunately rare during our 2-week stay.

My home in Koh Lanta.This place is far away one with the newest and cleanest room that I have ever seen on the island.The situation is perfect, just some minute away from Saladan Pier, grocery shops, and walking street. Calm at night, parking, and so friendly staff that will make you feel at home.

Clean, neat beautiful rooms and garden, with a terrace to enjoy it. Silent and peaceful. Super friendly staff; they even went to pick us up at the port, as we didn't realize the distances to the accomodation. Would recommend 100%
