When we went to volunteer for Lanta Animal Welfare, we were looking for a place to stay for a month. Fortunately, we found this place. Marcos and Jo did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. If we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable, it was taken care of. It was nice and quiet in a green environment. Small pool, but big enough to cool off before or after our shifts. The kitchen was well equipped, however sometimes quite hot to cook in. The beds were comfortable.Opposite was also a good and cheap eatery. The two little dogs on the property were adorable.Recommended if you want to stay on the island for a longer time.

Excellent accommodation to relax, the rooms are very well equipped, nothing is missing, a saltwater pool with jacuzzi, a fully equipped communal kitchen, super attentive staff, a place to visit again and again!

What an oasis of calm. We were here for a long time and would come again and again. If you stay for several months, you even get another discount. Marcos tries extremely hard to make everything fit. He even got us a new second desk since we were also working. The rooms are very bright and modern/western furnished. The pool is small, but totally sufficient and well maintained. His employee Jo is extremely helpful, organizes a private BBQ if you want and is super friendly. He also cleans the rooms very, very clean. I think we have rarely had such a well-cleaned room in Asia.You can reach the beach in 3 minutes by scooter and you can also use the Baan Reena TukTuk for free.Jo also keeps the communal kitchen clean and the portafilter machine is a highlight anyway. The water pressure could be a little better, but from what we've seen Marcos is working on that. In general, a lot is being optimized here little by little and that's why we would say that Baan Reena is currently an absolute insider tip.It was also helpful that the owner speaks perfect English.We will be back and can recommend a stay to everyone.

I had a wonderful 2 month stay at Baan Reena. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and had a lot of attention to detail with respect to the little touches that make a stay super comfortable and easy. As a solo female traveller it was also very nice having Marcos and his family and Joe around, I felt very safe and well taken care of. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer!

Kholanta heaven on earth. This is the first time we have traveled outside Europe but fortunately we booked at the Ban Reena Resort because we arrived in Krabi we had a car waiting for us there, 2 hours of travel later with style and comfort we arrived calmly and tranquility following several hours of flights. The owners help us with everything: motorbike rental, tours on the island, the best places to ride, restaurants… everything! The rooms are large, the bed super comfortable, a shared kitchen that you want to cook or heat a dish, coffee machine, all the rooms have a small kitchenette with fridge, air conditioning of course, wifi as well and ultra fast, a TV, private toilets in each room and the place has been decorated to taste and lots of walkers. Located 5 minutes from the city center, this is the quietest and most peaceful place on earth. A small indoor water pool, the staff always available, and exceptional price quality. We stayed 15 days and I recommend and would recommend this resort to everyone. Come and you were going to fall amoral from this place. Thank you to the whole team and of course the owners for providing us with the best vacation so far.

Baan Reena is a place to be, to enjoy, to dream, to share a conversation, and to appreciate small things in life. It’s a great resort with everything that one may need. There is a pool, a kitchen, hammocks, plants, and animals everywhere. Just take a look at the tempting night sky that you can curiously observe lying in one of those hammocks. Amazing place. Everyone will find here something to his liking 🥰

The location is very quiet, the landscape is magnificent between the mountains and the jungle but at the same time 5 minutes by scooter from the central beach. Marcos the host is very friendly, very helpful, responsive, he will give you the right places to do .I recommend 110%

The place is outstanding! Located in quiet area Baan Reena resort has lots of comfort to offer. I'm talking very stylish rooms with super comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom top notch as well not to mention high quality a/c and very decent 50" Smart TV plus own kitchenette. If you're fan of making your own meals, here you go huge main kitchen with lots of appliances all yours 24/7. Look no more. You can't go wrong with Marcos. Attention to every detail guaranteed. Great family owned resort! Highly recommend!And yes you need motorbike to get around which could be easily arranged on the spot.

I totally recommend Baan Reena Resort!It is an amazing place to stay, for a short or longer period.The room was great and clean, you can notice the owner cares about his guests experience in the small details, such as an usb charger ports in the wall, a power cord extension in case you need it, a robe, an usb powered UV “mosquito killer” light, bedside lights that change color and intensity, etc.The place is new, which means you also get very good household appliances. Smart tv, a big fridge, a powerful AC and moreStaff is incredible (a big hug to Jo), the pool is small but more than enough.

This place is truly beautiful and unique. The bungalows and property are maintained on a high level. I stayed here for six months and have zero complaints. The owner is very thoughtful and caring and understands that different people have different needs. I worked remotely and this place had everything I needed. A comfortable desk and chair, fast internet and peace and quietness. The bungalows are very well equipped with modern furniture and many amendments. The bed is big and comfortable, and the bungalows spacious enough for two people. There is a soft water pool that is cleaned regularly and a chill area with lounge chairs and hammocks. Each bungalow has a small kitchenette and there is a big communal kitchen on the property with a lot of modern equipment. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon.

We loved this place. Located just a few minutes away from Khlong Nin beach. Which made this place perfectly secluded from buzzes and noises. The room was really really nice and had everything you might expect or need. The access to a kitchen was really convenient when buying take-away food. Host and staff are so helpful and did the best job to make you feel welcome. Again, we loved this place.

Good,I am currently staying at Baan Reena Resort, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the hotel and the owners. They are fantastic people, always ready to help and just want our well-being.Our room was fantastic, super spacious, with a bathroom and a kitchenette.The space has a swimming pool and has a shared kitchen.We are 2 km from the beach, the path is super quiet whether on foot or by transport.The resort is located in the middle of nature, a super calm area.Congratulations Marcos and Neuza for your fantastic work and for welcoming us so well, I always felt like I was at home.Thank you very much 😍

The rooms are very welcoming, comfortable, with beautiful decor and everything you might need. Furthermore, the entire natural surroundings are fantastic.It is located in an area that we liked most on the island because it is more rural, on a secondary road and close to the beaches.We hope to return 🥰
